The egg grading machine is an automated equipment used to inspect the quality of the inside and outer shell of eggs and classify them by weight. It is suitable for egg producers, egg product processing factory and food processing factory. According to the egg processing needs of different industries, we have designed a variety of egg grading machines to help you improve production efficiency.

 

The HIGHTOP egg grading machine can classify eggs into up to 7 grades with an accuracy of ±1 gram. Egg grader can be used together with an accumulators, candling detection device, printer, or egg washer. The optional vacuum egg lifter can load 30 eggs on the accumulator at one time to improve work efficiency.

The large-capacity egg grader is equipped with a PLC color touch screen, a self-diagnostic system, and an automatic packaging machine. The entire process from candling detection, grading, and packaging of eggs has been fully automated.

 

We can provide the following egg graders with different capacities to meet your different needs.
